REFUND POLICY:
Aspen + Veda aims to exceed client expectations and it is my personal goal to create with my clients' specific needs and wants in mind with every design I produce. E-Design services are non-refundable due the nature of the work being completely customized to each client. I do understand that it may be necessary at times to provide re-selections and this can be arranged on a project-to-project basis. The questionnaire each client is required to fill out is the primary source used for the designs created and Aspen + Veda makes every effort to provide a design that reflects the client based off of those answers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, please contact Aspen + Veda so we can work towards a solution.
