1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ROOM E-DESIGN?

Your E-Design package will be delivered via email within 1-2 weeks (based on the E-Design option selected) from the day I receive all necessary items (questionnaire, payment, room sizes, photos, etc.). The packages will be presented in PDF (and .XLSX for Premium E-Design) formats.

2. WILL YOU MAKE CHANGES TO MY PLAN IF I DON'T LIKE SOMETHING YOU'VE SELECTED?

If you're not quite sure about an item or two, I will provide up to three re-selections at no extra charge per design package so that we can find items you absolutely love!

3. AM I ABLE TO TALK THROUGH MY DESIGNS ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED MY ROOM E-DESIGN?

Once you have received your emailed E-Design package and have made any applicable re-selections (up to 3 per design package), services provided by Aspen + Veda have been completed. I am always available via email, however, to answer any additional questions regarding your design plan or otherwise!

4. CAN I PURCHASE AN E-DESIGN PACKAGE AS A GIFT?

Yes! Aspen + Veda's E-Design services are perfect for wedding, housewarming, and many other celebratory events. Get in touch with me using the form on the home page or email me directly at aspenandveda@gmail.com.

TERMS + CONDITIONS FOR E-DESIGN SERVICES:

E-Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All selections are considered suggestions and not intended for construction purposes.
By filling out the questionnaire, the client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client's requirements for their project.
E-Design client correspondence is strictly done via email.
Specifications are good for 30 days. Within those 30 days if items become unavailable, new selections can be made upon request. After 30 days, Aspen + Veda is not responsible for new selections.
Aspen + Veda will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project, nor will Aspen + Veda be responsible for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier, or other person performing work on the E-Design project or their failure to meet any schedules or completion dates.
Aspen + Veda will not be responsible for arranging repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in association with the E-Design project.
The client agrees to these terms by completing the online questionnaire before starting any and all E-Design services.
